I am going to be seeing how much of my shock tower I can get rid of as well since I am putting a 351 in and want the extra clearance. I am seeing how much I will be able to get rid of with his set up.

Where did you get the trunk floor pan? From a parts car or new ones? I have found falcon ones, but it says that they won't fit in the comet.

Those should work great. I have some friends with 9 and 10 second Gen II lightnings that are running similar hood pins on their fiberglass and carbon fiber hoods.

I run it in my 03 7.3 I have been able to tell a difference. Runs a little quieter seems to be smoother and maybe better mileage. Hard to tell on the mileage though since putting bigger injectors and rebuilding the turbo it is fun to drive and keep my foot out of it.

Weird. Neve seen that happen. Never had a problem with NGK either. That is all that I run in my Lightning.
