I was there with the '65 Comet last year for the 427 reunion . Going to try and make it down to pigeon forge this year if work allows.

Good idea and a nice how-to write up. Might have to redo that ole engine stand that I was thinking of scrapping.

Nothing to it but spent day walking thru an all ford swap meet looking for parts to convert it from an automatic to a 5 speed. No luck though on the parts.

It's at the Ohio State Fairgrounds in Columbus, Ohio.

Looks nice, never thought of it, but there isnt alot of black Comets. Use to seeing so many red or white ones, but black looks good too.
