power steering

Post by navychief »

Any one use the adjustable pressure valve from speedway to adjust road feel on the stock steering pumps? They are listed on e-bay as well for $90.00 and very easy to install. the power steering on my 65 is great but a little light ,I would like more road feel. Heigt is the company that sells it .

I think this is what you are talking about;

There are some good reviews & answered questions if you scroll down & there is a second page of reviews. one of them said that he had it adjusted where it felt good at speed but that made it too hard to turn at really slow speeds. this one is something that makes me wonder if it would be worth it.
