Weekend before last went to the memorial for James Barillaro. He owns two of the Chrisman comets. His sons own a shop in Knoxville and put on a memorial asking everyone to bring their cars. Great turnout with the highlight they fired up the Comets. Not many memorials have nitro fumes!

Thanks for the pics Doug! The red cyclone looks like one that comes to PF, I believe his name is Ryan? first year he came just had painted it & didnt have the headlights in yet.

Yes, that was Ryan. That shop made the z-bar for his car. We met the couple with the black Cyclone. They are very interested in coming to the Gathering. Come to find out she recognized me and we rode the school bus together when I was in elementary school. And found out her husband is the son of one of my barbers when I was a kid. Small world!

THanks for sharing....I liked that b/w Studebaker,, as well as the rest other then the gm's...they always slip in and mess a car show up by being there amongst the FORDS...... :wink: POP
