Magnesium Wheels

Post by Lip Ripper »

Oh, I think I may have scored huge. CL ad for 4 American racing torque thrust wheels $75 with redline tires and 100% tread. The tires are old but no cracks. There was only 2 pictures but I jumped in the truck and headed to Port Charlotte. When I got there are noticed 2 marked ET and 2 with no markings but all had the AR center caps. I was showing them to a friend and he said I wonder if they're magnesium. I hadn't thought much about it but after researching I think I may have gotten real lucky. I'll get down to my other garage and vinegar test them later today.

There's nothing like the sound of a pushrod V8 singing at the top of her lung's.
