anyone taking a vacation to FL

Post by supercomet »

Ok, I have pretty much given up on anyone wanting to buy my comet. If anyone is planning on taking a trip to Florida where they have to go through Colorado please let me know. Shipping costs are way to high so if i can work something with someone i would like to do that. Please let me know. 8)

What is it you really need? to sell it? or deliver it to Colorado? I will be in Florida in a few weeks, but Colorado is a long way out of the way from Wisconsin. What are you selling, year? model? condition. I know someone who is kinda looking around for solid quarters for a 64 Comet Caliente.

Well anyways, just curious, likely will not be able to help you out.

I am selling a 1960 4 door comet. has a modified 302, C4, and 8" rear. Also has 66 mustang buckets, 61 futura center console. I am trying to get $1,000 plus shipping. I really need to sell it though. If it doesnt sell I am trying to get it brought down from Colorado to Panama City FL

Maybe we could relay it, I'm in Missouri is someone wants to come this far they are more than welcome to drop it off here for awhile, and then someone else can pick it up from here  , I am situated right off of I-44 one of the main east-west roads across the country (right on historic route 66)

I'd even be willing to transport it a few miles to meet someone, would be a great opportunity to meet some of the other Comet People.

See Ya,

Went to the 1st car show of the season down here. Good turn out. One A/FX type comet showed up. really a beaut. tear drop hood and all. he visits the site sometimes so he knows who I am talking about. There are good shows down here every week if anyone is coming this way let me know and I will let you know when and where.
