Comet Sighting in the movies

Post by Groover »

Darling wife let me open a stocking stuffer early (Friday night and all).

She got me a DVD copy of Every Which Way But Loose with Clint Eastwood. Classic of course. Anyway, in Philo's backyard he has a '63 drop top. You get a few good shots of it in the first 20 minutes of the movie. The boy and I both spotted it at the same time.

Good flick. Merry Christmas!

And another Comet sighting today. In Men in Black III there is a grey-ish colored 1964 four door that drives by when they are standing in front of the "The Factory"

Merry Christmas.

Comet in "Funny Car Summer". A 1974 documentary, I think that counts.

I was flipping through channels the other night and saw an old episode of Chips. There was a demolition derby, and in this demo derby I spotted a white 64 2 door sedan.

I remember the one in this movie because the interior shots were a Falcon, my guess they had a Falcon vert mounted on a trailer for the interior shots, the Comet for the driving shots, but don't know, maybe the comet had a Falcon dash.

See Ya,
