ROY.thats great! I'd like to know his thoughts on the return lane,,,,he probaly blamed it on the paperboy,or his butcher !! It"S so hard for some of those guys to just admit they got thier butt handed to them by a smaller motor ,let alone a FORD !!! :o :o 8) pop

Hey Roger. I also copied Roy. Stock springs but I cut 1/2 coil out I think? I used the Open Tracker roller spring perches. I did modify mine like Roy said to use a Camaro shock. I use the Cal Trac front shocks. Pretty much everyone agrees that the Cal Trac shocks are the best for the money. You can spend an insane amount of money on shocks. I also bought the Open Tracker kit to rollerize the lower control arms but never got around to it yet. I like Roy's way to have the lower control arm adjustable. Brian

Thanks guys lots of good info. I'm starting the project this weekend.
Brian what yousaid trigger a memory that maybe I asked this question before. I checked out Open Tracker. They have an article on FordMuscle on how to do it yourself.
Thanks Roger

First set of new perches are made. Just need paint. These ones are brass bushing.
