I'm working on a project where I am converting the '65 Falcon utility diff ( Ranchero) from 10" drums to disc brakes. The disc brakes incorporate the handbrake within the rotor and it is a fairly easy bolt on affair. ...so far....
The rotors I can chose from are 11.25" and nearly 12" . I'll probably go for the smaller yet thicker rotor. Unfortunately the brakes can't be used with 14" rims so I have purchased some 15" rims that equipped our '73-'75 P5 LTDs. Those rims are thin on the ground these days. Made by Kelsey in Canada they are 15" x 6".
I assume that you guys have seen these rims on your US Fords. Any idea what model they may have been fitted to? Of the 4 rims that I obtained, 2 have the 62mm centres and the other 2 have 70mm centres. I'm utilising the 62mm for the project as they will fit better on the axle.
