Cant find this part any ideas ? its for a 64 Comet Caliente Convertible

Looks like the piece that goes under the driveshaft on a vert, right? if so you'll have to find a used one I believe. might be faster to just make one.

I have a '63 Convertible I'm parting out. I can check. I believe it's the same as '64.

The falcons also used a similar plate. That might be another source that might fit.
