sn95 spindles on factory lower control arms

Post by Mach1ryan »

i am thinking about what may be involved with putting sn95 spindles with coilovers on a 64 comet. i have some interest in putting a 4.6 4v in my car, so i believe cutting the shock towers will be necessary. im just curious if the spindles can be fitted to the stock lower with some lite fabrication and without a kit.

I am sure anything can be done, there is a kit however but someone created it in the first place.

I think if I was going to attempt such a feat I would want the donor car to measure and compare too because I am sure 80% is planning on such a job.

]thanks, the RRS kit and AJE setup are really slick. im just not about to put that amount of dough into this suspension. maybe ill find a cheap enough donor when i start scouring junk yards, swap meets and CL for parts.
