14x5, 4 lug rim needed

just discovered that one of my 14 inch four lug rims will not let the dog dish cap fit, the hub cap ring is too big for some reason.
Anyone know of anyplace i can get a replacement rim? website? did some searching already but having no luck. all i need is the one rim.
