COMET CENTRAL

So 2018 is here, man how time gets away. It's time to start making plans for this year's events. And at the top of the list needs to be the 2018 Comet Gathering at the Mountain Breeze. Always a great time, with great discussion, and amazing people plus Mercury Comets. So call ahead to reserve your room, and enjoy a great weekend.

Reserved my room before I left last year. I'll be there with Comet in tow (unless my trailer breaks down again like last year ).

Made my room reservation already as well, of course no Comet expected barring a miracle

I put a request in for the mop closet before I left last year..... ol pop AND frdpwr are trying to have thE RUSTY RELIC ready to bring,,.....pop

Made my reservation before I left last year. I got the other broom closet next to Pop. Mine needs to be a little bit bigger. I'm not a small fella like Pop, Pugs.

don't think so ,at least faceing the street,,,,,the other is back at the rear by the dumpster where MOPAR parks with his mopar( out of sight out of mind ))

I think Pop, Pugs and Mopar got all the broom closets, but I hear they've got a couple of nice linen closets available. Pretty good deal...all the towels and sheets you want. Give 'em a call and see if you can snag one before they're all booked up.

I bet the linen closet smells better than the broom closets. Although that might mean the rate is higher.

next year ,gonna try for a linen closet....the mop buckets are soured in the mop closet,,,but I do get a very good rate

Darn, I should have kept my mouth shut about the fresh smelling linen closets before they run out of them.

Well I hope yaw all get the closets you ask for I requested the PRESIDENTIAL SUITE hope I get it but if not I will C U N P/ F N June ROLL COMETS. J L

The Presidential Suite is really nice! That's where they store all the little shampoo bottles and the cokes for the drink machine. Well worth the extra $1/night.

I have been in contact with Susie and as always she can't wait for us to visit again. She did not give me a number but said several made reservations last year as they left. Looking forward to the 2018 Comet Gathering.

I scrolled through this thread and didn't see the dates for 2018. I know it's 1 st or 2nd weekend in June but don't remember. Could someone post the date.
