Post by 1962custom1 »

Hi Guys! Need some help. 62 Comet. Headlights, turn signals work. No brake or running lights or dome light. New bulbs and fuses. is there only 3 on the fuse block? thats all i see, and i had to lay on my head and put my right foot behind my left ear to see that! :x Thanx, Mike
If I wanted it perfect, I would'nt have hired me.

If you are good with a multimeter, I would suggest testing the input and output of the turn signal relay. I'm not too sure about the 62's but the diagrams for the 64/65 shows that the brake lights/turn signals spring from there before hitting the lights.

In the 64 it sounds like its behind the cluster, in the 62.... eh not so sure. Turn a blinker on and listen for the clicking, that will lead you there.
