rocker support bolts

ok so i am doing a rebild on a 144 and i noticed that 2 bolts have grooves in them . but i think that they are in the wrong place they are in 2 and 4 supports from front to back is that the proper place it seems like it is wronge there is no lubrication on 2 of the rockers i have to change them all any help would be greatly appreciated i cant find anything on this i have been searching for days now lol
