sheet metal pan brake fingers 3 in 1 combo

Post by Kingspeedy2 »

does anyone out there in Comet land have a 3 in 1 combo sheet metal machine ? I just got a 40 inch one and the fingers of the pan brake leafs have been ground so they bend with a 1/4 inch radius. Can someone give me an idea of the correct angle /profile ? If I had to guess its probably slightly less than 90 with a small radius.
I am going to flip them around and mill the other edge .Thanks kids

I have a Dayton brand 30” three in one Machine, I can measure the angle later and let you know. I could also make a template and email it to you if it will help.

The blades are ground to a point, 45degrees on each side.
