65 dash dent or not?

Before I start beating a suspected dent out THIS TIME I am going to ask first as its hard to tell if this is a dent I nthe left side of the 65 dash or a contour that should be there. Seems to be an odd place for a dent unless some overzealous hanky panky was going on
the pencil lines give an idea of the contour
