Don't think I did. I just used standard base coat/ clear coat on the valve covers and oil pan. The block and water pump will be single stage it seems to fill and smooth a little more on the rough castings. I've never used it on engine before but have been assured by many that it holds up well. Im painting my exhaust manifolds with the por15 cast coat. I will be posting plenty of pics as I do all that..

No Sir. kind of one off. The lowers were just measured and I bent up a 1 inch lip. the uppers are 10x14 and bent then I just notched as needed and made a few additional bends in the vice.

pop, im going with a 289. theres some info on small block proformance " famous engine build question." and i will be posting more as it comes along. today dosent look like much but its been busy for me. i welded in some brake line mounting brackets, a exhaust hanger crossmeber, and wire brushed the underside of the car. the noticable was spraying the por15 over the new metal and the the rusty areas up front. and seam sealer. also tried out Eastwoods internal frame coating spray.
