Hi All - a new Comet owner here...

Just introducing myself. I live in Northern IL and just this afternoon decided I had to "save" a Caliente sedan that was going to be sent to the crusher - it's a project, but it was too nice to end up as 18 Civics and 7 or 8 Corollas. 260 V8 with a C-4 trans - for now.
I know 4 doors get no love, but she's going to be restored. Most of my restoration background is in MGs and Triumphs, but I really wanted a family cruiser that can take more than one passenger with me to the malt shop. Tom

Welcome to the site. What year is your sedan you didn't say? But with the clues you gave, I'm guessing you have a 64.
