Dear all,
My Name is Christian and I am New to the Forum as well as to the Comet.
I life in Germany and just ran across a 66 Mercury Comet with a 289 4 Speed Top Loader with the Cyclone Package including fiber glass hood and Cyclone trim inside & out.
Since the rear bumper has dents from a accident many years ago I was looking to get a better one and have it re-plated.
My question is if the bumper of the 67 Comet is the same to what was used in 66?
I look forward to your support
Best regards
Christian

Re: New Member to Comet Central
Welcome aboard, Christian! I'm not sure of the answer to your question. I'm a 65 guy. However, looking at some pics of the rear of 66's and 67's, the bumpers look the same to me. Maybe some of the 66/67 guys will chime in with a more exact answer. By the way, that's a good looking 66!
