I believe it refers to the interior trim only, i.e. seats, door panels. I don't see anything on the reference that addresses the vinyl top. I based it on the fact that there was no S code listed on the oldride.com site. However, Stacey says it means 390 hipo engine. I defer to him since he knows a lot more about 66's than I do. Apparently just an omission on the website.
