Update: I replaced the 410 with a 3:00 open end, Runs great, I also installed "dynamat" I got it from ebay in the interior, seriously is sounds so much better, I am going to replace the door panels and get the carpet by next month. I gotta get some pics up for you all.

I like it!!!! in this car,2.3 was a perfect way to go...i take my hat off to you,SIR! YOU did good..bet it's fun to drive! thanks--POP..

Yes it is fun, I cant wait for the snow to go away so I can drive it more.
Next I am getting some ABS plastic and making new door panels once I do that I will post pics.

Keep us informed,stuff like MPG ,accleration,etc. Those 2.3s are tuff.I have 1 in a DIRT-TRACK car[MINI-STOCK,4cyl]won a champion-points leader last year][at 62yrs. old]I am very impressed with your sit up.Makes me wonna find a comet or falcon ,,I got spare 2.3 2.5 stuff. Hey anyway, thanks POPSCOMET!

The pedals are side gears from a 8.8, My turn signal indicator is a piston from a lincoln air ride compressor. my shifter is a piston i got off ebay...

Finished my Door Panels

Here are some pics of my door panels I made. They are ABS plastic sheets. I got from a local sign shop for 10.oo each. I got all new door panels for 40.oo :D

Check out my window cranks. The gears are oil pump gears from a 4.0 sohc motor that i replaced for a friend so I kept the gears and made the cranks.

THey are neat,as well as your panels.made out of plastic, they 'll last for ever.very impressive little ride.....pop
