Funny you mentioned that. It seems everybody around here uses that same bondo, so I bought a gallon.

Bondo sand, bondo sand, bondo sand! I'm tired of it. Just about got one side done. I did epoxy the extension on to the fender for a no seam effect. Here is a picture of grinding a grove into the extension and fender to get more strength in it thanks to Lou's suggestion. I did this after epoxying them together earlier.
This picture is the epoxy laid in place and I flattened out and then I will sand it down latter and more bondo
Can't wait to get it painted.

Finally after all summer of bondoing sanding and primering with more sanding I got to paint some color today. Painted the bottoms of the trunk, hood and inside of fenders.

Thanks. Yes 1999 Viper Red. I don't know if the year makes a difference. I painted the dash today and it was really bright to look at.
I'll get some more pictures.

Very popular red and not to pricey for red. Painted a few cars and bikes with it. Very nice red, buddy calls it "lipstick red" lol

Good job,,, car looks good!! Bet it will really pop out in the sunlight!
Did you paint it with bc/cc or single stage. Do you plan on color sanding and buffing?
