If you have power going into the brake switch then your fuse is getting good contact. And I would think no problem on the power supply for brake switch.luc3ch wrote:I checked that I do have power coming into the brake switch. Not sure it's coming out.
The new fuse is still good but I'm not sure it has good contact with its terminal clips.
Also when I jumped the brake terminals with a screwdriver it still didn't light up the brakes.
More work tomorrow.
And when you jumped the terminals to the brake switch you were bypassing it , took it out of the equation. So if you still didn't have brake lights then your problem is the wire that goes from the brake switch to the t/s switch or you got a bad t/s switch

Edit: just wanted to add. What I would do next is pull the steering wheel. Check for power coming from the brake light switch. With the key in the off position press the brake pedal. The green wire (according to the diagram I have) should have power with brake pedal pressed. If it does then wire is good and t/s switch is bad. If there is no power the wire is bad.
If you can't see the color of the wires to test for power from brake switch, then test all terminals on switch to see if one is hot with brake pedal pressed and off when brake pedal is released.
