I was reading coverage about the Sacramento Autorama on the Fuel Curve site and saw this picture of a ‘64 Safari car. It looked familiar and then I remember seeing it and taking a picture of it in the paddock area of Laguna Seca a couple of years ago when I was in Monterey for car week. I thought it might interest some of you.

Heh! Be awhile before either of those comes to fruition!! I’ve read a few articles about the 81 car - genuine or not, etc. Stuff like all the cars hoods/tops of front fenders were semi-flat black and so on.
Doesn’t matter to me though. I’ve seen a ton of inside and out pics of that car and it’s awesome. That and the guy apparently drives the crap out of it!!
