1964 Comet Caliente aluminum side trim

This forum is so awesome. Lots of knowledgeable people and great advice.
My question:
My 64 Caliente convertible is about to go to paint. I have all of the aluminum side trim pieces but a few of the flat pieces are a little dinged up.
There are no repop pieces out there that I have found.
Has anybody out there found a product to cut new side pieces ???

I like the looks without the trim,with just body color showing between the 2 chrome strips. not saying I dont like trim pieces,but a great alternative is body color.

I wasnt able to find any replacement but I know a guy in CA who has a a whole set for sale ( Wall to Wall Falcon 626-969-8157)
