Looks like you used the Upload Attachment tab below the Post a Reply window. Click on that tab, then click on Choose File. You can navigate to your picture folder, then double click on the pic you want to attach. You might have to resize the pic to 256k or less first. It will tell you if the file is too big. You can do that using Paint, which comes loaded with Windows, or there are lots of other photo editing tools you can use.
