Have you checked the obvious? Firing order, Is the distributor in correctly? Thats where I would start.

Yeah I have instructions, but since this is my first try at rebuilding a whole car, any advice is greatly appreciated. Plus it would be nice to see photos of a finished job. If you know what I mean!

How did the spring relocation work out for you? I'm getiing ready to do mine, and I'm just curious as to how you went about installing it. BTW do you have any photos of your work?

Crites is the best! My rear frame rails were rusted by the rear shackle. I called to inquire about their Fairlane frame rails, and Charles Crites said he would make me the correct rails himself. Just thought I would pass that along. BTW nice forum!!
