I understand and respect their emotional attachment, but it drives me nuts when somone wants to bring a old car back to life and the owner won't budge and instead will let it rot to the ground >.<

I have seen only one other 202 in the 5 years that I have owned mine. Guess folks didn't think they were worth saving being a regular ol sedans. They didn't make many either.

Tristan you can buy a angle finder on line for about 30.00. One of those tools you hardly ever use, but nice to have when you need it. Also, did you have the balance on your driveshaft checked? Mine was fine with the tired old motor in it, but when I put the 331 in I got a Nast vibration. Hunted, hu...

I have a 03 5.4 that did exactly what you describe, only under a load, but it was a coil pack gone bad. Check those plugs and wires, make sure a wire isn't off the plug. To me it sOunds like vacuum or electronics. I'd remove the negative wire for 15 mins, clear the ECU's and then drive it till it do...

Bench seat might be a problem - your shifter will move back and to the left just a bit. My 67 already had buckets so it was a non issue for me. What you need depends on what year T5 you get - just make sure you don't use the 4 cyl version is you are producing much torque... The 94-95 T5 have a longe...
