Clean firewall, probably ProJim64 style underdash reservoirs and pedals.

Change the radical front, rear and exterior mirrors to stock or stock ish, cool custom cruiser.

I thought the scoop was one of the scoops I seen on dump trucks in the 60s,,,

I've always liked the look of this car.
No rake but road racer track car.

I remember in my home town the city works used those 2dr wagons to haul around some kind of meters, water or parking maybe.
They were even that green with yellow gold city emblems on the doors.
