I have a 64 Cyclone tach that's in great shape but for the decal on the front screen. Not quite sure how to remove the screen without doing any damage to the functioning components. Do I unscrew from the bright trim ring at the front, or is it the screw through the back? Does anyone have a diagram o...

Comet is a 64, 260 V8, 3sp manual.
The std wheels have 2.5" centre hole. Will know more about the brakes when I see them.
Will also chase up Dan for some further information.

I have a line on a set of 69 Mustang disc brakes, complete including the spindles.
Can anyone please advise if these will work with:
- Tie Rod ends and upper and lower control arms
- Standard steel wheels (especially the centre hole size)

Is there a vendor that makes a conversion kit or adaptor plate for the early 260 (5-bolt) 3-sp manual bellhousing on a 64 to fit later model 5-speed manual, likely a T5?
I have seen them for 65 and later Mustangs, but not sure about the earlier engine/Comet.
