I have been racing SBFs for way too long,NEVER had a crank or bearing failure with 15426378 FO!! When I built my first 351W,used a COMPCAMS cam that was ground to the early FO,365,000 miles later,never had a crank or bearing issue.My 418" Windsor has a Crane Cam ground with the early FO,NO issues!! ...

I had the pleasure of seeing this car,over,under,inside and out,it is BEAUTIFUL.I spent at least an hour talking with one of Steve's Fabricators,they will answer ANY question about their cars!! ROY.

John and Pop;that is correct,only one of the two would counter rotate!Watch a GOOD driver walk a twin right up to the dock!!Back to the original question,I seriously doubt it would be counter rotating if it came out of a single engine boat!! ROY.

Cleaned and Waxed the 65,gotta do the engine and interior tomorrow!! Heading to Commiefornia and the Mercury Show this WEEKEND !!POP;at least it is a stick and could be bump started!! I KNOW YOU will find the issue!!! ROY.

I agree with AFX,I think the gutted block is causing your issue!Most major mail order outfits carry residual brake pressure valves,they can be installed anywhere in the system,try just the fronts first!!Also check that the link from the pedal to the master is the correct length [just barely contacti...

I agree with Anthony,keep the 260,then swap in a 289-302 for way more power and parts availability!!The head bolts are the LEAST of your issues!! JMO , ROY.
