Heater boxes are pretty much the same. If a firewall insulator pad is not listed or available, one for early falcons would most likely be the same or close enough to be altered to fit.

A 3/4" rear sway is too large for a 5/8" front bar. There is a balance between the two. Too much stiffness in the rear will give you oversteer. 3/4" would work well with the 1 1/8" front. The mustang speedo will fit right in in place of the comet speedo. I used the mustang speedo in my 65 comet cluster as I had whiteface overlay decals that were made for the mustang cluster. It all fit and works.
If the cluster attachment tabs are in the wrong place you could weld on new tabs.
