I have a spline shaft installed and will just use Neutral...

Anyone know of an easy solution for 63 Comet gas peddle linkage to Edelbrock carb on 302/347.
I must be overlooking the obvious or already produced solution.
I see lots of home made stuff or modified linkage and of course I could buy a Lokar product but would like something more original.

Yes, I am changing the entire rear and springs, No modification other the DS is usually needed. Sorry what does DS refer too. He says it measures 56 3/8 inside flange to flange
42 3/4 perch center.

Since my last question I learned my inline 6 conversion has a 7" rear end. My friend told me this would probably not get me out of the driveway is I was lucky... So my next question is what rear ratio rear gears do you guy have and are you happy with it. I have T5 trans and 347 with a cam rating 180...

Interesting.... Would like to try my 63 comet rear for a year to make sure all else is ok and maybe work on some stuff while I drive it.
