COMET CENTRAL

i have a re-pop steering wheel for my 63 with a generator,i wind up with a gap on the column,tried to pull up column but to no advail.it seems if the hole on the steering was a hair bigger it would slide down further. has anybody ever have to have their's machined to fit ? on the horn,is it correct ...

I want to replace the quarter window glass in my 63 convert but I cannot get out,is there certain steps to do ? do I have to take out the regulater ? I removed the bolts to to the regulater but it still does not come out.thank you for any help
