Jim here, how do you like the electric choke? Have you had any issues with it? Seems easy enough to install...I'm not much of a mechanic but I think I can install your setup no problem... I looked it up and am pretty impressed... Thanks, Jim...

I have headers..don't know if it's just me but the 289 seemed to run stronger with the 4100..it came off of a big block with the 1.12 ventures and was calibrated to run on the 289..really would like the hand choke...thanks, Jim...

Hey guys, quite a few years ago there was a manual choke kit on ebay for the autolite 4100, you had to do this and that and modify this and modify that on the carburetor.....this setup from what I understand was basically junk...is there finally a manual hand choke setup you can bolt on and go with ...

Well I don't do any freeway driving just bomb around town..I don't think 389s will be to low and it's a cheap way to improve performance.. I have a tci streetfighter trans with a 2500 - 2800 stal converter but I would like a 5 speed manual conversion... I will see how it acts with the setup I have n...

I might be very lucky..took car out this afternoon and let it idyll for 15 minutes, no leaking trans fluid..shut car off no leaking fluid...took car out for very short spin, parked car no fluid..car sat for close to 10 years and was curious if there is some kind of overflow tube or something of that...

I will let you know shortly..if the trans has to come out and brought to a shop to have new seals put back in by the time I pay that bill I could buy a new performance tranny and this really bugs me..a new c4 from Hughes or tci go for about 1200 bucks..I will check out the leaks and get back with yo...
