Re: Cyclone Wheel Cover Polishing

Thinks Jim,
That’s what I was finding. There are places that do polishing don’t want to do dent repair. I will have to check with Vintage Vehicles.

Re: iPhone, iPod, etc without a radio

If you buy a bluetooth Speaker it will play music off your i phone. Not a bad idea either, I have no set idea of what this should look like, of course the cheaper the better  See Ya, Mike My can doesn’t have a radio and this is what I do. The one that I have is a rectangle and I would think t...

Re: 65 Converible hipo?

All 289 HiPo’s had mechanical advancing distributors. With vacuum that is created by the cam, distributors and brakes can be affected but the loss of vacuum with a more aggressive cam profile. Although the stock cam in the HiPo should have been fine I would think.

Re: 65 Converible hipo?

The only way to know for sure is to have the build sheet. There are some other clues, like a special DCO number (but not always mean HiPo), no power accessory’s, top loader 4 speed, bolted export brace, 9” rear end. Do you have any pictures of the car? Like under the hood.

Re: Dual Quad

The carburetors are Holley’s 450 cfm (Holley#510-0-9776). And the valve covers are Ford Racing valve covers (M-6582-W427B). I milled the 427 Cobra out and water jetted the inserts. Thanks guys Ryan Vassel

Dual Quad

This has been a long time coming. I have wanted to put a dual quad intake on my car since I bought it. I still have a few things to come up with like the throttle linkage and a fuel line from the fuel pump to fuel log. http://i956.photobucket.com/albums/ae50/shomanwi/20150411_141816.jpg This is how ...
