where are ya Pop? It could be a vacumn leak, check lines & carb base gasket. you could spray wd-40 (water displacement formula # 40) around the carb base with it running to see if it idles up. I think its 3500 for the whole kit or 2000 & you supply spinnels ,rack, struts & brakes.

Roy or anyone: I'd Like to hear your opinion on this. If you go to fatman fabrication, click products,then click catalog index , at the bottom click on mus./cougar/falcon/Comet . I'm thinking about the total kit with willwood brakes. Anyones opinion will be appreciated.

I've been lookin at that too. they're not claiming any bigger tire room though. I think for all that money & trouble I'd like to be able to put wider tires on.

welcome, yes a thread on volt reg.s will be nice. I usually just buy a new one. but you can teach this old dog a new trick. I enjoy reading bout fixes to problems that I may run into, & pic.s. I didnt even know they were adjustable.

In the second photo, is that a steel tube that the rubber bushing goes in? Is it supposed to be welded to the frame?

that bushing thats in the second pic., I hope that's suppose to be welded in the frame cause I welded mine. the inner stucture of the frame was rusted away. It looked like the bushing was welded to it. I had to make another inner structure. I hope I didnt screw up.

Would there be enough room for 2 u joints?
