Joe;adjust your lower rod to put more pressure on the clutch fork,that will bring it up off of the floor. ROY. Good call Roy (again). I adjusted the pedal stop to bring the pedal up a little higher, then I adjusted the lower rod and the got the release point off the floor a few inches. Its perfect ...

you could fly into chattanooga, rent a hertz mustang, drive through the ocoee gorge and meet me in ducktown, tn. then it's about a 2 1/2 hour drive through the dragon and the foothills parkway. Hey Dave, Im not using any assist spring at all. Im using a diaphragm style clutch and the installation instructions said to leave the spring out...so I did. The clutch pedal effort is light enough I guess. Just to see how it felt I installed the spring and adjusted it and it didnt seem to work as w...

Haha! Thanks guys! Ive still got a few issues to work out. Like the console just touches the stick hump and it needs trimming. Also, ( for the mechanical clutch experts ); my clutch engages at the very bottom of travel, when it touches the floor. The pedal height is OK (about 1/4" above the brake pe...
