ARE WE THERE YET?
Re: ARE WE THERE YET?
I actually have a different solution than the attachment because there is not a lot configuration that can be done on it, or I haven't figured it out yetSASSY wrote:this is so exciting!!!
Guess it doesnt resize,,, yet
Working on a photo hosting "site" as well where you link them like always, it is part of Comet Central website however and not an external host, I have relinked all the pictures on my build thread so it is free from PB influence now.
I have to go through all my other posts now

I'm always on the forum using an iPhone and it's definitely faster.

Re: ARE WE THERE YET?
Fred you might try the ''medium image'' BB code , it made it smaller.SASSY wrote:this is so exciting!!!

Re: ARE WE THERE YET?
I don't know but it can't be over 2mb, I do most of my pictures 15" wide for wide ones and 8" wide for tall ones and they fit for me, not sure what that translates to in pixels but can look it up and see, that is usually less than 1mb depending on how tall they are.poboyjo65 wrote:Mike what is the pixel count of the biggest pic it will accept?
I think, if I understand it correctly, you can only upload 8mg worth of pictures at a time (in one upload) but I have done several pictures at once so I don't have to go in and find them individually as I replace. I have most all my pictures in one spot for Comet Central and then semi-categorized as too if they are body, engine, suspension, etc. so it is fairly quick to re-upload for individual posts. The only place i screwed up is when I attached a picture without cropping and resizing first because of laziness, and now I have to fix those and the fact that they were just the number tag the camera assigns to them so not very descriptive, so I have been resizing and renaming those as I replace them.
