Ford vs. Ferrari Movie
Ford vs. Ferrari Movie
Assuming some of you have seen it. Maverick and I did and liked it. If you're not a movie go-er or want to get the cleaner story, there's a good movie on Netflix called the 24 Hour War which is a little less dramatized. Both are worth watching.

Hey Grover, haven't seen the movie,, may not,, Really enjoyed the Netflix piece and although some of the same film stock was used the Shelby story is good too.

I saw it. I did enjoy it. It added a little more perspective on the 60's

Saw it in IMAX and loved it. I didn’t think it was too overly Hollywoodyized (is that a word? )
I’ve seen the Netflix Shelby American doc and have yet to see 24 Hour War. Can’t wait.
On the same note have you all seen Midway? Awesome as well!

Apparently it is better than Pearl Harbour...but still hollywood smaltz...... I mean the zeros and P 40s apparently didn't dog fight down low in the streets as portrayed in both movies....
I enjoyed Dunkirk better, because to me there was more suspense...and equally instensified by the music that built up the scene. Sometimes your senses get overwhelmed by CGI....

Saw Midway movie last night....dont know why I bothered. It was Pearl Harbour movie just without Ben Affleck. Crap movie. All CGI and nil tension within the script. 1917 is far better movie.

Watched Ford v Ferrari last night. Really enjoyed it, despite the liberties they took with the story for drama.
