Cross country auto transport?

Post by Groover »

Maverick's ready for the Comet, but driving it isn't in the cards right now (needs a top, and hasn't been driving thoroughly in a few years). Was considering trailering it myself, but Illinois to AZ is a week roundtrip. With the cost of gas and hotel rooms, it might be even money to pay to ship it.

So looking for recommendations on any service that has been used before reliably and reasonably priced. Not in any hurry.

Thanks

Transport cost is through the roof now :(
Was thinking about picking up a car from California until I checked the transport price. Lots of scammers, too. :x

Heck, tune her up and drive out in the Spring, fly back?
