Nah, Fred, I don't have any skin in this game.
Owned two '65s and now a '63. I'm a neutral party in this fight for supremacy

speaking of fast hounds,,,OL POP had a red bone named OL fiddler,,when I took him huntin,,,I brought along a certain size 2x12,,he'd stare at it for a few minutes,,,,wasn't long I had a coon within inches of that 2x12,,,one night I forgot that 2x12,,,,but there was a half sheet of plywood in the back of my PU....I dropped the tailgate,,,he hit the ground with his nose to the dirt,,,the earth shook ,I noticed my CB ant shakeing and POOF ,and like a thief in the night OL FIDDLER was gone,,,I stood there listening to his bark for hrs,,then it faded away,,,,that was going on 7 yrs ago ,,,,ain't seen him since,,,,,but you know,,,even now in the middle of the night ever so often when just after a light rain shower am out on the porch on the south end of the house takeing a whiz,,,I think I can still hear him,,,ain't for certain cause my hearing at what it use to be...sure wish I'd left that piece of plywood at home.....pop

Another thought, if Norman Rockwell was around today he would have
Pops pose for one of his famous paintings,,
"Peein off the Porch"
I'd rather do it myself if it's done right or not,,,isn't that what hotrodding is all about

Thanks guys we spent the day driving over the Creston/Salmo Pass to Nelson for some shopping and stopped at the Dragonfly cafe in Salmo on the way home.
Marilyn treated me great,, but that is normal.
Pic of the summit cabin a hangout for x- country skiers this time of year. Pic isn't this year but the day was same bright sun, bright white.

OK so I am 2 years older than my Comet, however m y wife was born the same month the comet was built (March 1964) just 8 days before I think, because I had the comet before her so it seemed kinda like fate we would be married  both keepers for sure :P

See Ya,
