Forum Update

Post by lavron »

I have just updated the forum to the newest version and installed a Mod so I can delete the BOTS quicker, I went through tonight and deleted over 100 bogus users, if I inadvertantly deleted your account I am sorry :?

If anyone registers with a website and you sell some form of drug (viagra, cialis, etc) and post your website as such and don't post at all, I will delete your account  sorry that's the way it is.

If anyone has any issues with the Forum since the update let me know.

See Ya,
Mike

Roy that is exactly right, and I have done one more MOD to the forum that will hopefully make it harder for spam-bots to join, have see how long that lasts.

If anyone notices any weird stuff on the forum (since the updates) let me know and I will see if I can fix it

Mike,

something that I have noticed, I don't see the changed colour of the icon before each discussion all the time, if there are new posts. Not sure if anyoneelse has had that... it makes the forum look deserted when there appears not to be any new posts for a few days....

no big, just a comment.

It does it after you have logged in?

Sometimes I leave mine on and go to work, I just click the logo at the top of the page and it updates the unread posts for me.
