I966 front bumper

My 66 Comet has the driver side bumper pulled out a little on the bottom. Kind of like someone had a tow strap under it and pulled the bottom out a little. Took it to 2 shops and they said they couldn't do anything. Can't find one anywhere except for a fiberglass one. It's not that bad but it bothers me. Would a 66 Fairlane be made to work. I know they have a different shape and are straight across the front but it seems like it could be doable. Has anyone tried this?
