I remember a friend that had one of these w/ 428CJ & a 4-speed many years ago. IIRC, it was white w/ red stripes.
He was always on the hunt for a street race.

That thing needs some wider wheels and tires especially out back. It looks sad the way it sits. I like that bodystyle but only when hotrodded a bit.
1965 Mercury Cyclone former drag car, 1971 Boss 351 engine, 4 speed, ladder bars, etc. Now returned to a street car.

Those look like Mustang/Torino GT wheels. Looking on Internet, didn’t these share the Cougar GT five-spoke wheels? Had a set of them long ago.
