Did you reset the odometer to 0, or did it come that way? If you wanted it to resume with the original mileage, you can reset it yourself. (Requires removing the speedo head from the dash, so I should have shared this sooner. :oops: ) I'm not familiar with the shape/layout of a 66 speedo, but I'd bet the guts/functionality is the same for a wide range years/models. I used this video to figure out how to reset mine. When I do my full rebuild of the car, I'll reset it to 0 again. :D

It came with 0.4 miles and I just installed it. That video will be helpful to fix/reset the old speedo (looks exactly the same) when I get to it...springtime house projects taking priority right now (Jim, I know you can relate :) ).
