Carlisle Ford Nationals 2011

Great weekend last week. We won the Ford Nationals race in the 63 Comet and then took second place in the show at the Carlisle Fairgrounds. Not a bad showing.

Very cool, congrats, that is quite a good weekend!
1965 Mercury Cyclone former drag car, 1971 Boss 351 engine, 4 speed, ladder bars, etc. Now returned to a street car.

salem is not far from where i live. i'm between montgomery and auburn in a town called tallassee. salem is less than an hour from me

Well done. Neither is a small task

I HAD A FRIEND THAT MOVED TO TALLASSEE SEVERAL YEARS AGO, HE HAD SOME KIND OF STORE AND HE SOLD BBQ. WE LOST HIM LAST YEAR TO CANCER, HE WAS A BIG BOY THAT WAS JOLLY & HAPPY. HIS NAME WAS BUDDY BEARDEN, I THINK HE ALSO SOLD A FEW USED CARS.....STROKED...I ALSO HAVE A FRIEND THERE NAMED BEN ATKINSON.. :) :D :lol:
