finally received rear frame 4 link suspension. trunk is gutted hard points welded in and waiting.competition engineering does some nice work, progress n photos to follow. 8)

Hey Pro, how about letting me put that motor in my car :lol:

^^ you could just put your 429 scj in your Comet :mrgreen:

hey guys thanks ,yea im pretty happy so far ...seems to take awhile to acquire what u really want to buy but its worth it...... 8) hey russ u can borrow the engine if u like just leave mustang for security......ha ha hoping to have backhalf done frame connectors and newfloors and trunk by august. doesnt seem to unrealistic. going to carlisle in june parts shopping......... 8)

STEERING is what I'd be concerned with :!: (lol),hard to do that with tires up in the air.. :lol: May have to put tractor brks on it :!: but I bet coins you'll get it :!: pop :D :shock:

Pro64;traction will NOT be an issue,especially with slicks and that four link adjusted right!!!! ROY.

i purchased a set uv micky thompson pro s for the street mounted on american racing torque thrust wheels polished slicks to come later

The M/T Sportsman Pros work pretty well,fairly soft tread!!A good friend runs them on his 65 Ranchero using leaf springs and traction bars,running an all aluminum 427W,no trouble hooking them up!! ROY.

hey roy that 427 sounds like a hell uv a motor. i guess we will c if m/t s can handle the 500 as well cant wait........ 8)
