First Comet build!

Post by RCMattman »

Hey everyone! I'm new to the community and car building in general. Did some automotive work in high school and worked on cars here and there since then. My friends neighbor had a 1977 Comet sitting in his driveway and was trying to get rid of it. Needless to say after a thorough inspection of the car I drove away with it less than a week later. It's got 73' front (front bumper is missing the bottom half) and rear bumpers which look nice and a 93' 5.0L H.O. under the hood which will be nice to build off of. I would post pictures now but it's taking a while for them all to download. The wheels and tires are brand new. New-ish wire harness with some really shotty electrical work here and there. Newly redone interior. Needless to say the interior is in really good condition. Hope I can get all the help I need on here!

Welcome aboard, RC! Plenty of help to be found here, just for the asking. We'd love to see some pictures...before, during and after. You can use this link to learn how to post pics to the forum. Good luck with your build! :D
